PopSugar June 2014 Must Have Box Review

*press sample*

Hello again, readers!

June may be over, but I wanted to share this Must Have Box from PopSugar with you so that you could get an idea of what a box would contain if you decide to subscribe! I have always enjoyed the items I have gotten. They are fun and useful but still have a luxury feel to them.

In most all the boxes I have gotten, there is always a snack item included and it's always the first thing to get used. ;) Hence, the reason why I don't have my own photo of the Hawaiian BBQ chips that came in this box. They were pretty spicy but still addictive and tasty!

Next up is a beach towel/throw blanket/scarf. This is super lightweight and easy to keep stored in a bag for those times you wish you had a blanket. The size is generous enough to fit multiple people for sitting. I love the turquoise blue stripes. I actually used this at the beach on a day trip with my husband and kids and it worked out perfectly.

This lotion smells so fresh and hydrates nicely. It uses Swedish oats which can help irritated skin.

These wipes come in handy for me when I'm out and about with my 3 year old and 9 month old. haha! Even though that's an obvious use, I still believe that wet wipes should be in everyone's bag because they really are so convenient. The lemon scent these wipes have is pleasant but not over powering.

I haven't had a chance to read this book yet (remember my kids I mentioned? :) but I hope to soon! I've seen it in many magazines and online as a recommendation for summer reading. Any of you read it?

I think these hair ties are super cute! But also functional which is kind of necessary when it comes to hair accessories, in my opinion. These are nice and stretchy and the gold ring adds a nice finishing touch to a ponytail.

And the final item in my Must Have box for June was a voucher to a store called Native Union. They have a lot of nice tech accessories. Still trying to decide what to use mine on but I've been eyeing the cute USB keychains.

You can sign up for the PopSugar Must Have monthly box *here*. I don't think you'll be disappointed!

Do you already subscribe or plan to subscribe to the Must Have box?

*POPSUGAR provided me with a complimentary POPSUGAR Must Have box. The opinions I have shared about the box are my own and POPSUGAR did not tell me what to say or how to say it.

SinfulColors Full Throttle Select Swatches and Review

*press sample*

Hey everyone!

Hope you had a great weekend. Today I'm showing you 3 of the 5 polishes in the upcoming SinfulColors Full Throttle collection which features a "rubberized texture" finish.

Race Rubber is a dark maroon /purple. I did 2 coats. The texture finish takes a bit to show up but once it's dry it gets a slightly bumpy texture similar to a texture creme only not as textured but also a rubber look to the finish. Kind of hard to describe but hopefully you can see what I mean in my photos!

Red Tired is an orange-y red. It looks more neon here than in person...my camera just didn't want to pick up it's true color. 2 coats.

And finally, Burn Rubber a bright orange. 2 coats.

There is also a blue and pink shade included in this collection. If you like textures, this is a new one to check out! I think this is currently popping up in Walgreens and Rite Aid by now and will retail for $1.99 each.

New SinfulColors Silk+Satin Collection Select Swatches and Review

*press sample*

Hello polish lovers!

I've 3 of the 6 polishes from the upcoming SinfulColors Silk+Satin collection for you today! These dry down to a demi-matte texture, think a soft touch/soft focus look.

Silver Solution is a shimmery, almost metallic silver. As you can see from my swatch, it's very sheer! This is 4 coats and you can still see VNL. I was surprised since most metallics are practically one coaters. This could easily double as a topper over other colors to give them the demi matte finish.

Solar Flux is a pale yellow and paired with the demi matte finsh, this reminds me exactly of a banana flavored Laffy Taffy! haha For a yellow especially, this formula was the best of the 3 polishes I tried from this collection.

And finally, we have Real Teal. Another one that was a bit sheer for my liking but it does build up into a pretty color. I love the shimmer paired with the demi matte finish...very pretty.

These should be popping up in all the usual places SinfulColors are found. I usually find the LE collections at Walgreens and Rite Aid.
